On safari in Udawalawe National Park with Udawalawe Ethical Safari.
What could be better than seeing gorgeous baby elephants on safari? These cute babies have so much character and are so fun to watch as they learn how to use their trunk and their feet and start to explore their habitat.
We have babies in Udawalawe National Park at the moment so come and join us to see then with our experienced guides, and don’t worry we are very careful not to disturb the animals, so you can be confident that we will show you elephant families ethically.
We are blessed with a large wild elephant population in Udawalawe National Park and because elephants breed at all times of the year, there is a really good chance of seeing baby elephants whenever you visit us. Our guides have great knowledge of the habitats and know all the best spots to take you to see the animals without the crowds that are often seen in the areas frequented by most jeep companies.
Our guides simply love to see the baby elephants, they are so gorgeous. We would love to show you these innocent babies playing and interacting with the other members of the herd. Baby elephants just love attention so you can hear them making strange noises to get attention from Mum, Aunties and older siblings. They are clumsy, cheeky and so funny. Watching a baby with the herd will make your safari an unforgettable experience of a lifetime.
